  • Lead the accounting team in corporate accounting functions, financial reporting, cash management, and shareholder communication.
  • Ensure tax compliance in collaboration with third-party professionals.
  • Assist CFO in insurance coverage evaluation for risk management.
  • Provide necessary financial and operating information to the organization.
  • Analyze consolidated financial results of domestic and international divisions.
  • Manage bank relationships and cash projections.
  • Recommend and implement cost reduction programs.
  • Maintain internal controls and lead special projects, including M&A due diligence.
  • Address shareholder issues promptly and effectively. What you'll need to succeed:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
    • CPA certification required; MBA preferred.
    • Background in manufacturing or audit experience is beneficial.
    • Previous supervisory experience necessary.
