Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Ledger Accounting
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes,
ensuring compliance with US GAAP
Oversee accounting for various areas, including payroll, accounts
payable, and intercompany transactions
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance accounting
efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent
practical experience
10 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in public
accounting
CPA or CA certification and knowledge of US GAAP
Experience with accounting system transformations and ERP
systems
1 year of experience in building and managing a team
