in! We're looking for a tech-savvy, innovative Director of
Information Technology to lead Kalderos' technological initiatives
and oversee their day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for
driving the development and implementation of technology strategies
that align with the company's overall objectives.What You'll
Do:
- Work closely with the CTO and CISO to establish the company's
internal IT vision and manage infrastructure resources
necessary.
- Develop and maintain a best-in-class Cloud IT infrastructure
that is secure, scalable, and able to adapt as technology and
threats evolve.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects,
ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet
functional objectives.
- Manage IT vendor relationships and control infrastructure
costs, improving the bottom-line of the organization.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to
ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Work with the InfoSec team to ensure a secure IT
infrastructure, achieving necessary compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other department heads to identify
technology needs and provide solutions to support the company's
goals and objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in technology and
evaluate their potential impact on the company.What You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership experience in an IT department with an
emphasis on strong strategic thinking and ability to align IT
objectives to overall business goals.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, hardware,
software, networks, and emerging technologies, catering to both
Windows and Mac users in a cloud-native environment.
- Experience leading complex IT projects, including rolling out
new IT platforms.
- Familiarity with common SaaS apps.
- Strong track record of delivering results, and demonstrated
understanding of both the technical and business aspects of
information technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
of the organization.
- Prior experience working in organizations with compliance (SOC
2/HIPAA) requirements.
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a growth-stage
company.Expected Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000 base +
