Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute workforce management strategy and processes
Forecast call volume demand and optimize staffing schedules
Manage and develop a team of workforce analysts and coordinators

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Leadership, or related field, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of experience in resource/workforce management in a sales delivery environment
3+ years of experience in a call center environment
2+ years of experience managing a team
Experience in healthcare staffing and scheduling
