• Execute and maintain contracted relationships with key accounts and customers (institutions, -hospitals, IDN, and Director of Pharmacy)
• Utilize market resources to expand the use of the product -
• Identify access barriers for the product and develop a path for solutions
• Achieves and/or exceeds targeted business goals in an assigned region by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing market share
• Leverage all national, regional, state, and local level key account market knowledge to drive -business plans and strategies
• Maintain compliance with all corporate and industry policies -and procedures
• Minimum 7 years' commercial medical device/biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
• 3 years of field IDN account experience -
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare system processes
