Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Machine Learning
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Operationalize machine learning models and collaborate with Product
and Data Science teams
Develop and validate ML models, automate tests, and deploy
solutions
Construct optimized data pipelines and leverage cloud technologies
for scalable ML delivery
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
fields
Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven
Development (TDD)
Experience in engineering and deploying Generative AI models,
particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
Strong foundation in software engineering and state-of-the-art
generative techniques
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, AI frameworks, and
model deployment practices
