Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Data Science (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and data analysts
Define and drive the data science strategy to enhance products and services
Oversee the development and deployment of predictive models and advanced analytics solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred)
8+ years of experience in data science roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position
Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real estate or financial services
Strong expertise in programming languages (Python, R) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
