Job Description:
We're seeking a full-time General Manager for Crushed by Giants
Brewing. The ideal candidate is hard-working, passionate, and
creative, with previous restaurant management experience in a
fast-paced setting. They should be able to lead by example, mentor
staff, and thrive in an ever-changing atmosphere. Key
responsibilities include COGS management, scheduling, ordering,
hiring/firing, floor management, and customer advocacy. Experience
with the Chicago craft beer community is a plus. Please email a PDF
