environmental impact. As a sustainability generalist at PwC, you
will utilise your skills and experience across environmental,
social, governance (ESG) topics and sustainability more broadly.
You will analyse client needs and provide consulting services
across different areas in the sustainability lifecycle, including
strategy, transformation, and reporting.Growing as a strategic
advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to
deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming
together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy,

the Sustainability team you are responsible for leading and
managing large sustainability reporting projects, innovating and
enhancing reporting processes, and maintaining operational
excellence in sustainability reporting topics. As a Senior Manager,
you are tasked with guiding strategic advising and influence,
leveraging your knowledge to deliver quality results and foster
client relationships to drive project success. You are expected to
engage with clients to navigate ESG reporting standards, mentor and
coach teams to solve complex sustainability challenges, and develop
technology solutions to support ESG reporting.Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee significant sustainability reporting
initiatives
- Enhance and refine reporting processes and controls
- Promote excellence in sustainability reporting topics
- Collaborate with clients to interpret ESG reporting
standards
- Provide independent verification of sustainability
disclosures
- Implement technology solutions to aid ESG reporting
- Cultivate productive client relationships for successful
project outcomes
- Guide and mentor teams to address complex sustainability
issuesWhat You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance,
Accounting & Technology, Business Administration/Management,
Economics and Finance, Management Information Systems, Management
Information Systems & Accounting, Sustainable Resource Management,
Mathematics, or Engineering
- 8 years of consulting and sustainability experienceWhat Sets

about how we work: The salary range for this position is: $130,000
- $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual
discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is
the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation
within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills,
experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment
