Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;10 Pay Rate: $109.97 - $109.95

This facility is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Either Five 8 hours shifts or Four 10 hour shifts 1-2 weeknight call shifts per week 24 hour call Saturday - Sunday
• Job Setting: Inpatient
• Types of Cases: General Cardiovascular cases Endoscopic Vein Harvesting
• Credentialing Timeframe: 10-30 Days
• Board Certification and Active Indiana license required
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
