Job Description:
Ongoing CRNA need in Chicago, IL. Willing to license!
Malpractice and travel/lodging covered.
Work Details:
Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 weeks per month; will
consider a minimum of 3 weeks.
Patient population/age: Adults only
Department description: Need of 15 FTE CRNA's to work in the
general cases and endo as soon as credentialed. They have in total
a case load of 129. Very General need, no head or hearts. No call,
very straight forward job.

Requirements:
Board Certification: yes
License required: yes
DEA: yes
Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum
Credentialing Timeframe: 18 weeks if they need a license and 12
weeks if they have a license
