Speech and Language Pathologist OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Morton Grove, IL. As a Speech and Language Pathologist with InHome Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own environment, providing personalized care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' communication and swallowing disorders
  
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  
• Provide therapy sessions in patients' homes, using a variety of techniques and strategies to promote communication and swallowing skills
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services
  
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Speech and Language Pathology
    
  • Current therapist license issued by The State of IL and a current CPR certificate
    
  • Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, e-mail, text messaging, and electronic documentation
