- Graduation from accredit school of Radiology Technology
- Current RT License in State of Illinois by IDNS/IEMA
- Current ARRT Registry/eligible
- Basic Life support (BLS) required.

at the forefront of patient care, conducting essential radiographic
procedures on specific anatomical areas to aid physicians in
diagnosing and treating patients.What will you do?:
- Determines appropriate radiographic technique and positions
patients using immobilization and support devices to ensure optimum
film quality.
- Operation of radiographic, fluoroscopic, portable, computed
radiography and PACS equipment to ensure quality examinations.
- Adherence to department standards of radiographic quality.
- Delivery of patient care and in accordance with department
standards of continued quality improvement.
- Ensure a secure and safe patient and work environment by
maintaining continued awareness of safety hazards.
- Development of leadership skills and professionalism for self
through participation in department and/or hospital-based
committees and continuing education programs.

- LIGHT: Lifting to 20 to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10
pounds frequently.
- MEDIUM: Lifting to 20 to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 10 to 25
pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly.
- HEAVY: Lifting 50 to 100 pounds occasionally and/or 25 to 50
pounds frequently and/or 10 to 20 pounds constantly.
- Independent professional decision-making skills with sound
judgment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and
showcasing technical competence.
- Capability to function with minimal assistance in performing
job activities.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Potential exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as film
processing chemicals.
- Willingness to attend out-of-town site visits for equipment
assessments.
