- Unlimited CEU's About the Job:The Clinical Supervisor of CT and
Nuclear Medicine manages clinical staff, ensuring compliance with
hospital standards and regulatory requirements. Reports to the
Director of Diagnostic Imaging & Support. Oversees performance
improvement, staffing, budgeting, equipment maintenance, and
workflow. Ensures patient safety and excellent customer service,
develops departmental policies, and addresses staff performance
issues.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with patient health, safety, and medical
regulations.
- Maintain imaging records and ensure proper image/report
distribution.
- Assist with staffing as needed based on workload.
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff; manage performance
and retention.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and
procedures.
- Manage budget planning, compliance, and resource
allocation.
- Monitor productivity and financial reports; address
discrepancies.
- Ensure department meets accreditation standards and quality
requirements.
- Conduct staff evaluations, coaching, and corrective
actions.
- Oversee timecards, attendance, and HR records.
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other
departments to improve workflow and patient care.
- Participate in hospital committees and service line
initiatives.
- Ensure accurate documentation of services and revenue
reconciliation.
- Some call is required.What we are looking for:Education:
Completion of two/three years of occupationally specific education
beyond high school in radiologic technology, ultrasonography, other
related education, or on the job training/education.Licensure: Must
have RT(C)(R) or NNMTCB (CNMT) or RT(N) and BLS Certification.
(ARRT, ARDMS, RDCS)Experience: Experience with process flow
analysis and organizational skills in healthcare settings. At least
one year direct leadership experience is preferred.Other Job
Requirements: Working knowledge of how to utilize typical business
and communication tools such as Microsoft Office, teleconferencing,
and windows filesystem organization is required. Our Commitment to
