Store ManagerAt Heritage Bicycles and Coffee, our Store Manager is a key member of our team. This role executes our warm, friendly service experience and creates hand-crafted drinks. It's a great position for someone who enjoys taking care of others, is passionate about coffee, and works well on a team.

• Act as the lead by setting the example of barista standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare hot and cold drinks according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Assist in maintaining health code standards.
• Solve guest issues.
• Collaborate with teammates during each shift.
• Monitor coffee quality.
  • Track store operational needs.
  • Address staff needs and concerns.
  • Ensure effective communication between shops, staff, and senior leadership.
  • Keep shop morale positive.
  • Train teammates on new recipes and drinks.
  • Follow up on performance issues.
  • Participate in group leadership meetings.
    • Complete weekly inventory and adjust pastry par counts.
    • Place orders for supplies within budget.
    • Manage equipment maintenance and repairs.
    • Communicate with the Chef to assess inventory and ordering needs.
    • Collect availability and time-off requests.
    • Process payroll and tips bi-weekly.
    • Oversee Google Business/Facebook/Square profiles.Requirements: Passionate about coffee, enjoy leading a team, and thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
