Job Description:
A company is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
Lead to oversee MEL activities across its programs and
portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an impact framework for the Foundation's
strategy and programs
Assist program teams in developing theories of change and analyzing
data for program improvement
Foster a culture of learning and provide technical support in
monitoring and evaluation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of research and evaluation experience in the social
sector
Track record in design, delivery, and evaluation of social impact
programs
Proficiency in developing data gathering and analysis platforms
Specialized knowledge in impact assessment techniques and tools
Strong program and project management skills
