We are currently looking for an Entity Structure Specialist to join our team!What you will do for Fay:

• Work with the Origination team to determine entity structure as it relates to guidelines and guarantor structure
• Provide guidance to ensure closing document entity signature blocks in compliance with entity
• Perform and complete entity due diligence review per guidelines
• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
• Actively participate in ongoing efforts to continually improve customer service experience
• Perform any other duties as assignedWhat you will bring to Fay:
• High school diploma/GED required
• Must have 3+ years of paralegal experience
• Paralegal experience in corporate structures preferred
• Broad knowledge and understanding of residential mortgage loans preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, detail-driven, highly responsive, and have a strong initiative and drive
