A company is looking for a Supervisor for the General
Agency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and lead a team of representatives
Develop and facilitate training programs for the team
Identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve
efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent required
College degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
preferred
Active Property & Casualty license required
3+ years of insurance-related sales experience required
1+ years of supervisory experience required
