In this role, you will assist the Clinical Director with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients. Autism affects each person in diverse ways, and you will need to provide consistent, calm care and follow-up.You have an active RBT certification with the BACBCompletion of a minimum of 1000 restricted hours of ABA therapy overseen by a BCBAYou have a background in teaching, assisting, counseling, or coaching.You are comfortable working in a fast pace environmentYou have basic computer skills and pick up new technology quickly. We will teach you how to use our electronic medical system, where you will enter notes, assessments, and treatment summaries after each session.What does a Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator / BCBA apprentice do?The Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator (LACC) is responsible for assisting an assigned BCBA or Clinical Director with unrestricted supervision activities for a caseload of clients. In addition to this responsibility, the LACC is required to maintain a role as a Behavior Therapist on their client's teams. The Lead Assistant Clinical Coordinator supports/trains the client's family to facilitate the generalization of therapy gains across people and environments under the direction of the BCBA or Clinic Director. Finally, the role also manages a Behavior Therapist team under close supervision of the BCBA/Clinic Director, including training, supervision, and performance feedback.Our interview processWe're dedicated to finding the right individuals who share our mission.
