Key Responsibilities

• Labor Management: Works closely with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Store Operations: Develops and maintains creative store layouts and product merchandising, ensuring a positive company image.
• Team Development: Selects, trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members to sustain a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
• Customer Experience: Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs, directing Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensures all applicable health and safety regulations, including Food Safety and regulatory duties, are met.A strong leader who is able to work collaboratively with the team to drive sales growth, improve store operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a talent for leading and developing teams, and a commitment to delivering results-oriented solutions.What We're Looking For:
  • Leadership Experience: 6+ months of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including Food Safety.
