Summary
BAE Systems is seeking a Test Equipment Engineer (TEE) for our
Controls and Avionics Solutions (CAS) business location in Fort
Wayne, IN. Being a trusted provider of aerospace solutions, the CAS
business develops, produces, and services advanced and highly
reliable electronic controls for the leading manufacturers of
commercial and military aircraft including their flight and
propulsion systems. As a member of BAE Systems' team, you will have
the opportunity to work hands-on with complex electronic controls
and solve challenging technical problems that both enhance our
products performance and matter to our customers.
In this Test Equipment Engineer role, the qualified candidate will
support electronic controls test equipment within the Fort Wayne
factory and other BAE Systems sites worldwide. You will make
impacts in the following ways:
Performance accountability is provided through Program Management,
Engineering leadership, and Operations to ensure test solutions
meet the required coverage, reliability, efficiency, usability, and
maintainability needs of the organization. Willing to train
qualified applicants with applicable background.
This role involves a combination of hands-on product/test equipment
engagement, collaborative teaming, and independent work. Therefore,
it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split
between working onsite in the Fort Wayne, IN manufacturing facility
and remotely. Some light travel may be required (Required

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75510 - $128340
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
