As a Senior Manager in Transformation Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and delivering large-scale transformation of service delivery models and enterprise operations. You will apply sector-specific business drivers, market events, operating principles, and transformation trends, assembling expertise covering all enterprise functions to lead transformations that generate long-term client value. This role offers the unique opportunity to advise teams and client C-suite executives on their transformation strategies, helping them design and implement complex programs.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions, and/or projects, maintaining focus on quality and risk management while navigating operational and organizational dynamics. You will:

• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies that affect your work area and possibly the business function within your area/department.
• Be accountable for the budget, delivery, and performance of complex processes, solutions, and/or projects to achieve performance objectives.Skills and attributes for successTo thrive in this role, you will need a deep insight in transformation architecture through analysis and knowledge of best practices to solve complex problems, drive thought leadership, and innovation. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $148,900 to $340,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $178,700 to $386,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
