In this role, you will:-- Coordinate/elicit/refine requirements for software modifications, custom enhancements, and system-to-system interfaces-- Write and maintain appropriate documentation, including Business Requirements Documents, procedural documentation, etc.-- Work closely with Technical Analysts and Developers to transform requirements into designs and estimates-- Write test plans and test cases to ensure changes which are made to the application meet client needs and that application integrity is maintained-- Conduct a variety of tests, such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests, ensuring changes made by developers are correct-- Support developers during the development process-- Support the client in their testing effortsWhat you bring-- Extensive, direct functional experience with FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) solutions.-- 5+ years' experience working with, or for, financial institutions with direct involvement in functional or technical aspects of commercial loan servicing.-- Demonstrated experience identifying and documenting how applications and systems interact to support business processes.-- Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.Bonus if you have-- Demonstrated experience mentoring, guiding, advising, and/or checking the work of less experienced business systems analysts.-- Experience with other lending solutions.What we offer you-- A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities-- A competitive salary and benefits-- A variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities-- The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services & technology-- A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility and respect#Virtual #Commercial Loan Servicing FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $110,330.00 - $185,350.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
