This is a full-time role offering competitive pay ranging from $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities:
--- As a Carpenter Foreman, you'll lead a small crew (3-4 people) on residential remodeling projects.
--- You'll balance hands-on work with project coordination - ensuring jobs run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet our high standards.
--- From organizing tasks, maintaining timelines, working with subcontractors, and solving on-site challenges, you'll be the go-to person making it all happen.

Qualifications:
You're a natural leader with a strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail. You take initiative, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative setting.

--- Proven experience in carpentry
--- Solid understanding of construction processes, tools, and safety standards
--- Strong communication and leadership skills
