globally.As the Vice President of Sales at F1 Arcade, you will be
responsible for creating, defining and leading our sales strategy
and operations across the nation. You will play a pivotal role in
driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and establishing
F1 Arcade as the premier choice in social entertainment. The role
requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales
management, team development and strategy execution. This position
reports directly to the President of F1 Arcade, US.As the VP of
Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute strategic sales
plans that align with F1 Arcade's objectives and drive sustainable
growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing
sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest
experiences.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new opportunities to
expand F1 Arcade's footprint in key markets nationwide.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage strategic
partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other key
stakeholders to enhance sales channels and market reach.
- Revenue Optimization: Implement effective pricing strategies,
promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives to maximize revenue
and profitability.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and market
trends to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and
make data-driven decisions.
- Guest Experience Management: Build strong relationships with
key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure high levels
of guest satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have:Over 7 years of
progressive experience in sales management, demonstrating a strong
record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
Ideal candidates will have industry knowledge in gaming,
entertainment, start-ups or related fields. This role requires
exceptional leadership abilities to inspire teams, set clear
objectives, and achieve results. Strategic thinkers with proven
skills in developing KPIs and executing sales plans, analyzing
market trends, and seizing business opportunities are encouraged to
apply. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
along with strong analytical abilities to leverage data for
decision-making, are essential. A bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field is
preferred, relevant advanced degrees considered advantageous.Why
